Abstract

Class A Commercial real estate in Downtown Portland is very limited. Spaces from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet are in adequate supply, however spaces in the 7500 to 10000 range are in short supply, and companies looking for workplace spaces in this square footage may need to consider moving into Class B sites.
