A 'Hatchery' for Student Entrepreneurs
The Diana Davis Spencer Foundation has given $1.5 million to the College of the Atlantic which elevated a business incubator program to class status, rather than a club. Called "The Hatchery," the 10-week course allows students to develop a market-testable prototype of their business while studying the fundamentals of business.
