Abstract

Hotel and development firm Portland Norwich Group LLC, bought the Fore Street garage and nearby 1.3 acre parcel and then sold the garage to 167 Fore Street LLC. Portland Norwich Group plans to construct a 150-room AC hotel by Marriott with 16 condominiums, plus restaurant and retail space. [image]
