Abstract

The nine largest Maine-based construction projects ranked by valuation in 2015 are presented. Included are the name of the construction company, estimated value of the project, revenue of company in 2015, construction services, and name of the company's top executive. The largest projects, appearing in descending order are, Bath Iron Works facilities upgrade (Bath by PC Construction), August court facility (Augusta by Consigli), Bates College campus housing (Lewiston by Consigli Construction Co. Inc,), Maine Power Reliability Project-phase 1 (statewide by E.S. Boulos Co.), and Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority, Brunswick layover facility (Consigli Construction Co., Inc.).
