Abstract

Developer Jonathan Arnold of Kansas City-based Arnold Development Group and Eastport resident Linda Godfrey are planning to redevelop the former sardine cannery in Eastport. They plan invest $9 million into a hotel, residential units and event space. Arnold created the Sustainable City Fund LLC to help finance the project. The lean construction principles the company uses for such projects are described. [images]
