Abstract

With the successful delivery of merchandise in a driverless truck completed, Senator Susan Collins has requested the U.S. Government Accountability office to examine what the impact driverless trucks and cars would have on the workforce. Many truckers are for more rural states, such as Maine, and would be affected by this transition.
