Libra Foundation Launches Investment in Maine’s Poorest County
The Libra Foundation is investing in the arts; food and agriculture; and recreational, outdoor and visitor activities in Piscataquis County. The county has seen a declining population due in part to the closing of paper mills, an aging population and young people leaving for opportunities elsewhere.
