Maine awardees include Laurier Raymond, Lewiston mayor, who last fall asked Somali leaders to quell their immigration into the city; and Paul Demers, code-enforcement officer for Kennebunk, who is accused of selective enforcement and anti-Semitism for targeting Bartley's Dockside restaurant over outdoor umbrellas advertising Hebrew National Beef Franks.
