Abstract
"film" piece on "The Nine," a film by Portland filmmaker Matt Power, which takes aim at President Bush and "The Nine" members of the Supreme Court who installed him in the Oval Office. The 20-minute film, co-written by Dale Phillips, will be released later this year.
