Abstract
"This Just In" piece on the Bike Shop in Portland's Kennedy Park low-income housing project. Overseen by the Alliance for Transportation Choice, the Bike Shop is a nonprofit which uses bike maintenance and trips to help disadvantaged children aged 8 to 17. With an interview in question-and-answer format with Matt Velguth, who helped found the program in July 2004.
