Abstract

"This Just In" piece reporting that Alex Irvine, a former Portland Phoenix staff writer, is creating a Marvel Comics' series based on the character Daimon Hellstorm, the Son of Satan. Irvine also has a short-story collection, "Pictures from an Expedition," coming out in the next few days, and a novel about Batman, "Inferno," being released by DC Comics in the near future.
