Abstract
"Art" piece on the "Chalk on the Walk" festival held in Biddeford on September 29. The festival included sidewalk chalk works by 36 artists, music, a petting zoo and more. Rachel Weyand, executive director of Heart of Biddeford, said the event raises awareness about revitalization efforts in the downtown area. Weyand said attracting artists is one step in changing Biddeford's downtown landscape.
