Abstract

"this just in" piece reporting that the Portland's St. Lawrence Arts and Community Center has finally picked up most of the slack left in the local theater scene by the demise of the Oak Street Theater. Good Theater Productions, head by Brian P. Allen and Stephen Underwood, announced this week that they have entered an agreement with St. Lawrence Arts and Community Center to produce at least four plays a year at that venue for the next four years. Allen will serve as artistic director.
