Abstract

"this just in" piece on a rally by about 60 activists from Peace Action Maine, Women in Black, and other organizations that marched from Portland's Monument Square to the Portland offices of Maine's Republican U.S. senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins on Dec. 10. The rally, held on International Human Rights Day, was in protest of the fact that the United States Congress recently authorized the use of force against Iraq.
