Abstract

Article on Jerry Ade, a New Yorker and former president of Famous Artist Agency, who recently purchased and renovated 4 City Center in Portland. Ade bought the building just over a year ago for $932,500. He now resides in a 4,400-square-foot penthouse apartment on the third and fourth floors of the building. Ade, who owns a number of other properties in Portland, believes the city is poised for growth.
