Abstract

"House of the month" piece on the John Calvin Stevens-designed cottage, "Gateway," built in 1924 for suffragist Maud Wood Park in the Cape Cottage Park subdivision of Cape Elizabeth. Owner Dr. Stephen Monaghan has lived there for 40 years. The waterfront home, in view of five lighthouses, is on the market for $2.6 million. With biographical details on Maud Park.
