Abstract

"House of the month" piece on the Lindley House, an Arts & Crafts bungalow located at 85 Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport. Built in 1928, the home was the first studio for American Impressionist Abbott Graves. Seller Peter Lindley counts Kenneth Roberts and Atwater Kent among the former guests at the home. The house is being offered at $3.49 million.
