"Cuiscene" piece on several island restaurants in Casco Bay, including: Diamond's Edge on Great Diamond Island, managed by Dan Boothby; the Cockeyed Gull on Peaks Island, owned by chef Chon Ye Taylor and her husband, Gary Taylor; The Spar on Long Island, where guests can bring their own lobsters, owned and managed by Lisa Wang; and the Chebeague Island Inn, where Chef Terry Foster specializes in native Maine foods, including organic produce from the inn's garden.
