Abstract

A look at three Maine coastal estates that are on the market. Far From the Wolf, a 10-bedroom shingle style mansion on prestigious "Grindstone Neck" in Winter Harbor, was designed by architect W.W. Kent for John Godfrey Moore in 1892. It is listed for $9.65 million. Point Lookout in Northport, on 387 acres beside Ducktrap Mountain, is a fully outfitted conference center built by MBNA. It is listed for $26.4 million. Parker Lodge on Rangeley Lake was built less than two years ago on the site of a 100-year-old lodge. It is being offered at $2.45 million.
