Abstract

"House of the month" piece on a John Calvin Stevens-designed cottage at 7 Montgomery Terrace in Cape Elizabeth, built overlooking the water on the site of the Cliff House hotel, which burned in 1914. Jay and Karen Kayatta Burke have lovingly restored the house to its 1923 glory. The home, selling for $675,000, has been in the Burke family for two generations.
