The attic of Portland City Hall is home to old portraits, gifts presented by various delegations to the city, records from bygone eras, sewer maps, and many items whose provenance has been lost to time. Bob Leeman, Director of Public Buildings in Portland, takes the reporter on a tour of three centuries of dusty treasures.
