Abstract

"Marketwatch" piece on the $2,240 selling price of what's thought to be a chest removed from the Spanish Armada. The ironclad trunk was sold at auction by Hap Moore Antiques-Auctions in York. Also sold was a Victorian gold mesh purse, for $1568, that Moore discovered in a shoebox designated for children's games of dress-up.
