Abstract
The new Wishcamper Center at the University of Southern Maine in Portland is LEED certified at the gold level. It helps connect the Glickman Library with the Abromson Center and unifies the campus. The new home for the Muskie School of Public Service, named for donors Joe and Carol Wishcamper of Freeport, was designed by Koetter Kim Associates of Boston and built by Wright-Ryan Construction of Portland.
