Abstract

One Monument Square in Portland is being sheathed in an exterior skin of Alucobond over rigid insulation, attached to the brick. The upgrade reduces energy use and noise and also outlines a new entrance on Monument Square. The building formerly opened onto Congress Street. Key Bank will continue to occupy space on the ground floor, and Finard Properties hopes a restaurant tenant will join them soon.
