Abstract

Profile of and interview with Alice Brooks of Biddeford, whose short film, "Roots in Water," produced with Domenica Cameron-Scorcese, is being expanded into a full-length feature called "New England." She speaks about the contrast between Maine and Los Angeles and her Web series, LXD, in which she films some of the world's best emerging dancers. Her partner is Portlander Sam Spencer, Democratic National Committeeman for Maine.
