Abstract

In November, Peter Verrill Jr., owner of Grace in Portland and Foreside Tavern in Falmouth, is planning to open a new restaurant called Outliers Eatery at the former location of Popeye's Ice House. Located at 231 York Street, the new restaurant will have great views of the Casco Bay Bridge and is designed to be a casual, neighborhood bistro.
