Abstract

Interview featuring comedian, actor, and transgender activist Ian Harvie, a native of Portland. Harvie started his comedy career at Portland Comedy Connection and in Boston and then moved to Los Angeles, where he is currently acting in “Transparent,” the 2014 Golden Globe winner for best TV series. He and his wife have been producing the Maine Comedy Festival since 2011.
