Abstract

The article features the backgrounds and pictures of several women who are on local radio. Lori Voornas of WJBQ 97.9, Sarah Sullivan of WPOR 101.0, Patty Wight of MPBN 90.1, and Eva Matteson of Coast 93.1 are interviewed and a summary of Randi Kirshbaum"s (Portland Radio Group) work is highlighted. Kirshbaum was in inducted into the Maine Radio Hall of Fame in 2006. Picutres of 107.5 Frank FM's Heidi Knight are included as well. [images]
