Abstract

"house of the month" piece on Coventry Hall in York Village, designed by a great New England architect of the Federal period, Samuel McIntyre, and built in 1789. Owners Reggie and Lucille Stack of Virginia bought the house in 1994 and now plan to spend more time in North Carolina. They restored and recreated many period details and are asking $2.5 million. The house is 4,000 square feet, with 10 rooms and 4.5 baths.
