Abstract

Scot Houldin's innovative Conn.-based firm, National Resources, is transforming Wiscasset's Mason Station power plant into a maritime yachting destination that includes the Hinckley Boatyard, a 250-slip marina, and the Point East Maritime Village. The firm will also create a high-tech industrial park adjacent to the site of the former Maine Yankee Atomic Power Plant.
