Abstract

An official with the U.S. Corps of Engineers says that AGM Marine Contractors Inc. of Mashpee, Mass., has completed dredging in those parts of the Saco River most susceptible to winds and precipitation. The operation is part of the project to control erosion at Camp Ellis and clear the Saco River channel for navigation, with some 59,000 cubic yards of sand to be moved before the project is completed.
