Former Maine Governor Kenneth M. Curtis, 62, has submitted his resignation as president of Maine Maritime Academy, a position which he has held for seven years. Curtis plans to work out of his office at the law firm of Curtis, Thaxter, Stevens, Broder and Micoleau in Portland.
