Robert H. Soucy, owner of Port Harbor Marine in South Portland, has purchased 101 unsold boat slips at Breakwater. Soucy now owns 350 slips at two adjoining marinas, Breakwater and Spring Point, making Port Harbor the largest marina facility in the state. Details.
