Abstract

Article about the funeral Mass held at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception yesterday for Amedee Proulx, the auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Portland. Proulx, 61, was the first Franco-American and the third Mainer to be appointed a bishop in the diocese. Cardinal Bernard Law of Boston attended the Mass.
