Abstract

The Maine Mall, operating under a policy instituted this past summer prohibiting use of the mall by religious groups, will not allow a large menorah to be displayed to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. The menorah has been displayed each year at the mall since the late 1980s. Details.
