Customers of Turnkey Construction of Westbrook, owned by Anthony J. Casella, say that the company cheated them out of money, primarily by promising bank loans that never materialized. Most who trusted Casella with large down payments were unaware that he was convicted less than a year ago of bilking four women by selling them equipment which didn't operate as promised.
