Abstract

Russell Stull, owner of Yarmouth Rubbish Removal Inc., on Monday pleaded guilty for both himself and his company to two counts of theft for mixing shipments of residential and commercial waste at the Regional Waste Systems incinerator. The pleas came under an agreement with the Maine Attorney General's Office which saw the original Class B theft charges downgraded to Class D charges. Details.
