Abstract

The Prime Tanning plant in Berwick on Wednesday was the site of an explosion that injured three workers and caused steam and water pipes to burst. The plant, the site of another explosion on October 22 and a fire on November 18, was evacuated but workers were allowed to return to their jobs within half an hour.
