Abstract

James Hollobaugh, who purchased Smiley's Restaurant in Waterville last summer, last week abruptly closed the eatery and disappeared, owing workers more than $10,000 in back wages. Hollobaugh sold the restaurant's equipment to another restaurateur before he left.
