Abstract

Michael Patry, 46, of Lewiston, a navy photographer during two tours of duty in Vietnam, plans to build and operate a nonprofit photography school in the former Bates Mill in Lewiston. The school, to be called the Creative Photographic Art Center, has won support from the city but is seeking financial backing.
