Abstract

The Maine Department of Transportation has hired Wallace, Floyd Associates of Falmouth and T.Y. Lin International of Falmouth to study traffic problems and make recommendations to relieve congestion along routes 201 and 202 between Winthrop and Gardiner. Consultants recently monitored the roads and documented license plates of commuters, and surveys were distributed to 3,300 motorists. Details.
