Abstract

The Legislature's Transportation Committee has endorsed the nomination of Deborah Cianchette, a Saco geologist with ties to the construction industry, to the board of the Maine Turnpike Authority. Cianchette is married to Earle Cianchette, owner of ECCO Concrete of Biddeford, who is also a nephew of Alton Cianchette of the Cianbro Corp.
