South Portland city officials expect to be briefed tonight on a proposal by CBL & Associates Properties Inc of Chattanooga, Tenn, to develop a 22 acre site at the corner of Gorham Road and Clarks Pond Parkway -- A spokesman for CBL declined to identify who the property would be leased to, but South Portland Planning Director Tex Haeuser identified the tenant as Home Quarters Warehouse, which currently has a 100,000-square-foot facility across the street from the property to be developed -- Details
