Charles T Haskell of Edgecomb, who recently completed a 3,000-mile journey through eastern Africa retracing the route of medical missionary Dr David Livingstone, says some aspects of life in Africa have changed little since Livingstone's time, while other aspects have undergone radical change -- The expedition, which ended in November, will be featured on a program on the Maine Public Broadcasting Network on February 22 -- The program will air nationwide the next day -- Details
