The annual wish list of a coalition of environmental groups urges Congress to use revenue from an energy royalty fund to purchase acreage around Acadia National Park that contains habitat vital to a number of species of birds and waterfowl -- Other Maine lands targeted for purchase include tracts in the Lake Umbagog, Rachel Carson and Petit Manan national wildlife refuges
