The Maine Supreme Judicial Court yesterday ruled that Mark A McAfee waited too long before trying to sue Warren Cole, who, he alleges, sexually abused him "hundreds of times" between 1965 and 1971 -- McAfee wanted to court to expand a state law that allows some victims to sue their abusers after the statute of limitations has expired
