The Channel Crossing restaurant and marina in South Portland will be auctioned off on March 15 to help pay off a bank debt -- The auction results from a lawsuit filed in December by Peoples Heritage Bank to collect $28 million in delinquent loans from a partnership headed by Richard Grotton Tom Saturley of Auction Properties Ltd says interest in the property is high
