Abstract

Long article about residents who are unhappy with Maine Department of Transportation plans to turn Saunders, Lincoln and Coyle streets into dead-ends by closing three railroad crossings. Paul Jacobsen of Portland Auto Radiator Inc. says the plan will put his Saunders Street garage out of business.
