Abstract

Joanna Williamson, 33, has filed suit in federal court charging that Robert S. Harris, the owner of the Old Port restaurant Rosie's, failed to protect her from an unruly patron and ejected her from the establishment because she is an African American. Williamson was racially and sexually harassed last year at Rosie's by Thore Aatlo, who was convicted of a race-motivated violation of federal civil rights law. Details.
