Abstract

The Don Law Co. of Cambridge, Mass., is requesting a mass gathering permit from the town of Scarborough so it can stage music concerts at Scarborough Downs this summer. Although dates for the music shows have not been finalized, a spokesman with the company said two to four concerts are being considered for this summer. Details.
